A magnificent and comfortable six bedroom villa that welcomes you through a boardwalk of lush gardens and wooden artifacts. The villa is located at walking distance from Minitas Beach. The living room offers four chairs adjoining tables for games and dining plus a TV with DVD player and sound system. Two outside seating areas offering a ten person dining table and great views of the swimming pool area and the La Romana Country Club Golf Course. All social areas face the east which affords shade and balmy breeze the entire day. The master bedroom opens to a private patio with its own jacuzzi tub and a garden shower. Each of the five guest bedrooms features it's own terrace and private garden with armchairs, TV, writing desk and safe box. The main living area, with two seating areas and a dining area seating 8, opens onto a covered veranda, with more casual rattan furniture and a second, glass-topped dining table, also seating 8. The veranda overlooks a large rectangular pool, which is enhanced by a palapa-topped gazebo containing wooden rockers and a dining table seating 6. A sunken whirlpool, a built-in Viking barbecue grill with lots of storage, another seating area with built-in benches, and plenty of lounge chairs complete the back yard. Bedrooms are arranged in two wings off the main living area. The master suite boasts, on one side, a terrace overlooking the pool, and on the other, a sunken whirlpool in a private garden. The large master bath features a double vanity, a bidet and an additional open-air shower outside, in a garden walled for complete privacy. Each guest bedroom has its own TV, writing desk, private tiled bath and small private terrace with table and chairs, perfect for enjoying that first cup of coffee or a nightcap. Upstairs, a small bonus family room with TV opens onto a private sundeck with superb views of the grounds and golf course, and, beyond that, a glimpse of the sea.
