New 2 story house in quiet area, located on the 12th hole of the private La Romana country club golf course. Close to the beach. Big entrance with spiraling staircase to the second floor where the study with 2 twin beds is located. Downstairs there is a formal dining room that sits 10 people and 2 other dining tables under the porch with a total of 16 chairs. Large very well equipped kitchen with a second hot kitchen . There are 2 bedrooms with 2 queen beds each, and 2 rooms with room with a king bed. Separate staff quarters. Living room has a TV corner with flat screen TV. Large garden with a pool and Jacuzzi and country style gazebo.
